Fish Fry

Fish fry



Ingredients:


1.Seer fish - 250 gms
2.red chilli powder - 2 tsp
3.jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
4.coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
5.pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
6.ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
7. salt - 1/2 tsp
8. rice flour - 1/2 tsp
9. lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
10. few spoons of water
11. oil to shallow fry.





Method:
Clean the Seer fish, rub the skin well to get rid off the
slimmery nature of the fish.

Mix the ingredients from 2 to 10 to a consistency of a
smooth paste. heat oil on a pan, shallow fry the pieces in
small groups.

The reason for adding rice flour is it makes the fish fry
crispy even if it is not deep fried..
